If you discover that you can no longer login to the site then you have most likely forgotten your username or password (both are case sensitive). It is relatively easy to have your password sent to you through email, AS LONG AS YOU REMEMBER YOUR USERNAME. Remembering your username is vital! If you know your username and you need to have your password sent to you again, simply use the forgot password function.

However, if you are so forgetful that you cannot remember your username then not to worry: simply use the search function on the members list to narrow it down and find the username you registered with. Hopefully you used a name that you commonly use on other websites or one that is easy for you to remember, thus making the search process relatively painless (you can do partial searches too).

If, after exhausting the above process, you still are unable to logon then use the feedback feature and send an email. Please be curteous and take a minute to write down your username and password so that you can remember it in the future. It cannot be expected of the webmaster or website administrator(s) to look up or change usernames and passwords on a constant basis and still have time to create mods and operate the website.
