It has come to my attention that some people are having problems downloading files from this website; that they are receiving an error message that the file is corrupted or invalid.  After some investigating, it seems that there is a problem with the compatibilty of this website  (Joomla Software) and Internet Explorer (IE). IE will view the site fine, but for some reason it does not download the files correctly, which appears to be an incompatibilty with "DocMan" (the download manager embedded in this website) and IE.

However, the good news is that there are several work arounds:

#1: Bypass the download manager by clicking on the sample portrait image of the pack to start the download (in the download page, click on the graphical image of the pack on the left side of the page). This should allow the pack to get downloaded with any browser or OS configuration.

NOTE: I only ask that, out of courtesy, if the normal method of download works for you then please do not download the file by clicking the sample portrait, only do this if you are having problems because the normal method of downloading provides me with useful statistic information on which packs are popular and which are not.

#2: If you are experiencing this download problem in IE, then try the following:

Go to the "Tools" drop down bar, then select "Compatibility View", then just operate the site as normal. It seems to download the files correctly that way. 

#3: If the above does not solve the problem then consider downloading and using the following FREE web browsers, which are known to work with this website and do not have downloading problems:

#4: Another option is to get a .zip file archive program. Apparnetly Win RAR works well with IE, but you have to be sure to associate Win RAR with .zip file extensions.
